Service Scope

• Cloud-based data storage (UK servers)
• Subscription-based access (monthly/annual plans)

User Obligations

• Provide accurate business/financial data
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Comply with UK tax/financial reporting laws

Termination
We may suspend accounts for:

• Payment defaults
• Unlawful/data misuse
• Violation of these Terms
